Play Therapy
Supporting children through difficult times
Children use play as a form of communication. Through their play they can make sense of their experiences and work through life's challenges.
With the support of a therapist children are able to play out the things that are bothering them to heal from their trauma, work through attachment issues, and process loss, while also gaining in confidence, resilience and increasing their self-esteem.
Kelly offers one-to-one 40-minute sessions to allow each child the opportunity to show Kelly what is bothering them and work through those issues together using Kelly's wealth of knowledge and experience.
